Chartered Surveyors (GP)

Responsibilities:

• Provide timely, accurate valuations under supervision
• Undertake data verification
• Compile and verify market evidence for reports
• Provide direct assistance as required to enable Valuations team to effectively undertake its functions

Requirements:

• University graduate or above in property valuation, ideally Member of HKIS and/or RICS
• 2+ years experience in valuation practice
• Experience in PRC valuation preferred
• Good Putonghua is an advantage
• Those with more experience will be appointed as Manager

Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst/Manager/Senior Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial modeling
• Analyze industry and economy statistical data
• Analyze financial information
• Prepare valuation report
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, mathematics, statistics or related disciplines
• Professional qualification in accounting, CFA, MBA or master’s degree in related disciplines preferred
• With relevant working experience is an advantage
• Strong report writing and analytical skills
• Willing to work under pressure and strong self-initiative
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good computer skills
• Willing to travel to China
